Join the Meeting Remotely

We are experimenting with a remote way for people to join this meeting. It uses access by way of a free service called "Zoom".  You can click on the link next to "Join the online meeting" below.

For computers (Mac and PC) once you click on the link, there is a prompt for you to install the app, so you will need your AppStore or GooglePlayStore account and password to install it.  The app is free, and using the service is free for you.  If you have the time to install the app before the meeting, it will likely provide the best experience since supporting these calls is the sole job of this app. I'll try to leave the meeting open so you can test it any time.

If you already have the zoom app installed, you can just join by the Meeting ID: 489 539 990

Note 1: you might be asked to allow the conference software to use your camera and microphone.
Note 2: please mute your device (click on the microphone icon) if you are not speaking; click it again to talk.
Note 3: you can always send a text message to the meeting, which will be visible to all the online participants,  Click on the "talk/speech" bubble on your screen and type a message, and hit "Enter" to send your comment.  (If there is a lot of activity apologies in advance if we can't follow up right away).

Note 4: please be patient while we work through trying something new.
Note 5: if you only have access to your phone let me know and I can give you the phone numbers to call, but I'll ask you to mute yourself when you join. It's best to see the presentation and
